For outdoor enthusiasts, the well-known Rovinj - Kanfanar cycling trail is nearby. Once a railway line, it is now transformed into a picturesque route ideal for cycling, walking, or running. The trail leads all the way to Rovinj, allowing you to enjoy spectacular views and the natural beauty of the region.
The nearest beach, located in the Lim Bay, is only 3 kilometers away and offers a peaceful atmosphere for swimming and relaxation. The villa also includes an electric SUP board, perfect for paddling along Lim Bay, known for its calm waters and lack of waves - ideal for a relaxed coastal adventure.

Overview Overall, it was an absolute 10/10 experience! Everything exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The Villa & Grounds Modern & Spacious: The house is extremely modern, clean, very stylish, and beautiful. It actually looks even larger in reality than it does in the photos. High-Quality Amenities: The furniture and equipment are top-tier. The villa included everything we needed and more—including thoughtful touches like fresh fruits, a pack of coffee, wine, and candies. The Pool: The pool was fantastic, very nice, and meticulously clean. Pet-Friendly Grounds: The outdoor territory is even better than advertised. There is a fully enclosed fence around the area (which wasn't visible in the original photos), meaning our dog could roam and walk freely without a leash—a wonderful and pleasant surprise! Lush Landscaping: The lawn has grown even more beautiful, featuring more flowers and bushes than shown in the online pictures. The Host The host was unbelievably kind and attentive: Pre-Trip: Reached out several days before arrival to share contact details, answer questions, and provide fantastic recommendations for local beaches, the city, restaurants, and the fish market. During the Stay: Constantly available to answer questions and regularly checked in to ensure we were comfortable. Post-Trip: Followed up after our departure to make sure our journey home went smoothly. Extra Perks: Prepared a lovely welcome gift upon arrival and even allowed us to charge our electric car at the villa free of charge!
