Vila Lim Silent smještena je u istarskom selu Matohanci, nekoliko kilometara od Rovinja, te kombinira suvremeni dizajn s prirodnim okruženjem. Vila raspolaže s tri prostrane spavaće sobe i dvije moderno uređene kupaonice te je prikladna za boravak obitelji ili grupa prijatelja.
U središtu imanja nalazi se privatni grijani bazen, okružen zelenilom, sa sunčalištem i prostorom za boravak na otvorenom.
U neposrednoj blizini nalazi se biciklistička staza Rovinj–Kanfanar, uređena na trasi nekadašnje željezničke pruge. Ruta je pogodna za biciklizam, šetnje i trčanje te vodi prema Rovinju kroz prirodni krajolik.
Najbliža plaža nalazi se u Limskom kanalu, oko 3 km od vile. Gostima je na raspolaganju i električni e-SUP, pogodan za vožnju po mirnim vodama Limskog kanala i obilazak obale.
Vila Lim Silent predstavlja dobru bazu za istraživanje Rovinja, Limskog kanala i okolnih istarskih mjesta, uz mogućnost kombiniranja boravka na moru, aktivnosti na otvorenom i izleta.

Eine fantastische Villa, die uns mit Ihrer Lage, Ausstattung und Qualität absolut begeistert hat. Der Pool liegt von morgens bis zum frühen Abend in der Sonne. Verschiedene Sitz- und Liegeplätze geben einem Gelegenheit, sich in der Sonne oder im Schatten aufzuhalten. Die technische Ausstattung der Villa ist perfekt, es fehlt an nichts. Die Fenster sind mit Insektenschutzgittern versehen, so dass man bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Die Alleinlage am Rande des Ortes macht dieses Haus zu einem privaten Rückzugsort, an dem man die Ruhe ungestört genießen kann. Andererseits hat man durch die unmittelbare Nähe zu Rovinj die Gelegenheit, sich schnell und bequem in die lebhafte Stadt zu stürzen. Neben dem sagenhaften Istrialux-Service ist besonders der Vermieter Matjaž zu erwähnen, der die Gäste persönlich begrüßt und betreut. Seine Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit ist überragend, hier ist man zu Gast bei Freunden. Wir können diese Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Overview Overall, it was an absolute 10/10 experience! Everything exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The Villa & Grounds Modern & Spacious: The house is extremely modern, clean, very stylish, and beautiful. It actually looks even larger in reality than it does in the photos. High-Quality Amenities: The furniture and equipment are top-tier. The villa included everything we needed and more—including thoughtful touches like fresh fruits, a pack of coffee, wine, and candies. The Pool: The pool was fantastic, very nice, and meticulously clean. Pet-Friendly Grounds: The outdoor territory is even better than advertised. There is a fully enclosed fence around the area (which wasn't visible in the original photos), meaning our dog could roam and walk freely without a leash—a wonderful and pleasant surprise! Lush Landscaping: The lawn has grown even more beautiful, featuring more flowers and bushes than shown in the online pictures. The Host The host was unbelievably kind and attentive: Pre-Trip: Reached out several days before arrival to share contact details, answer questions, and provide fantastic recommendations for local beaches, the city, restaurants, and the fish market. During the Stay: Constantly available to answer questions and regularly checked in to ensure we were comfortable. Post-Trip: Followed up after our departure to make sure our journey home went smoothly. Extra Perks: Prepared a lovely welcome gift upon arrival and even allowed us to charge our electric car at the villa free of charge!
