Questions about villas

  • Check-in is possible from 16:00, and check-out is until 10:00 in the morning. Early check-in and late check-out are possible depending on availability, but are not guaranteed and should be arranged directly with the owner a few days before arrival.

  • Two weeks before your arrival, we will send to your email address the contact details of the person who will welcome you on the day of arrival (this may be the owner or the person responsible for guest check-in), as well as the exact location of the villa.

  • All villas in our offer provide bed linen and shower towels free of charge. Guests are required to bring their own pool towels.

  • The reservation price includes WiFi, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, as well as electricity and water costs. Pool heating in some villas is charged additionally.

    Information about any additional costs is listed in the description of each villa, or we will inform you about them in advance.

  • In villas with heated pools, we cannot guarantee the water temperature, as it depends on weather conditions and the season. Heating usually raises the water temperature by approximately 5-6 °C compared to a non-heated pool.

  • Upon arrival at the villa, a security deposit in cash is paid in case of any potential damage. The amount depends on the villa and is stated in the booking confirmation. The deposit is refunded on the day of departure if no damage has occurred during the stay.

  • Parties or gatherings with a larger number of guests are not allowed. It is always important to respect the house rules.

Payment questions

  • Payment can be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer. When paying by credit/debit card, an additional bank fee of 3% is charged, while bank transfer involves no extra costs.

    Upon confirmation of the reservation, a 30% deposit must be paid within 24 hours, and the remaining 70% of the amount 30 days before arrival. All payment instructions and documents are sent to your email address.

  • Our cancellation terms are not free of charge. Upon confirmation of the reservation, 30% of the total amount is paid, while the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, the paid reservation amount is non-refundable.

    We always recommend that guests arrange travel cancellation insurance in their home country, so that in case of unforeseen circumstances they have additional security and can plan their trip more easily.

Questions about pets

  • The rules for pets staying in villas depend on each individual villa and are stated in the description of each villa (including whether pets are allowed and the maximum number of pets permitted). In some villas, an additional fee for pets may apply.

    We kindly ask you to respect the house rules and ensure that pets do not sit on sofas or beds, or swim in the pool.
