The villa has four modern bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, a TV, and a private bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy for all guests.
Set on a large, fully fenced plot of 1,399 m², Villa La Mari offers plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. Guests can relax by the 50 m² private pool, enjoy the sauna or jacuzzi, or spend quality time in the landscaped garden. Families with children will especially appreciate the playground. For outdoor dining, a gas barbecue is available, making gatherings easy and enjoyable. Additional amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine and water filter.

Our family of five had the most wonderful holiday at Villa La Mari. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The villa is absolutely beautiful. It is spacious, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday. The bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and every detail has clearly been carefully considered. The outdoor area is simply outstanding. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the outdoor kitchen with the barbecue quickly became the heart of our holiday. We spent many wonderful evenings cooking, dining, and relaxing together as a family. The villa is located in a peaceful rural setting, away from the crowds, and that is exactly what makes it so special. The silence, the beautiful surroundings, and the privacy create the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing holiday, while Poreč and the stunning Istrian coastline are only a short drive away. A special thank you to Kristabel, who was an exceptional host. She was warm, welcoming, helpful, and always quick to respond whenever we had a question. Her hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome and added so much to our stay. We can wholeheartedly recommend Villa La Mari to anyone looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and unforgettable holiday. Everything what you need vor the perfect finca holiday! Very nice pool and outdoor kitchen area, just as you can see on the pictures. Nothing to complain about the house, rooms, bathrooms, AC, jacuzzi or sauna. We felt very welcome, thank you!
