Villa La Mari is located in the small village of Banki, 18 km from Poreč, and accommodates up to 8 guests in four bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, and a private bathroom.
The villa is set on a fully fenced plot of 1,399 m². The outdoor area includes a private swimming pool of 50 m², a sauna, a jacuzzi, a landscaped garden, and a children's playground. A gas barbecue is available for outdoor cooking. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee maker.
The surrounding area offers cycling routes, visits to local wineries and olive groves, and excursions to nearby beaches and villages. The surrounding Istrian villages are home to numerous traditional taverns serving local Istrian dishes and regional specialities. In Poreč and the surrounding area, guests can explore cultural and historical landmarks, including the old town and the Euphrasian Basilica.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa la Mari verbracht und sind absolut begeistert! Da das Haus erst dieses Jahr komplett neu gebaut wurde, ist alles auf dem neuesten Stand. Es ist super modern und bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll eingerichtet – es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Besonders genossen haben wir den tollen Pool und die großartige Sauna. Wir waren als zwei Familien mit Kindern dort und das Platzangebot ist fantastisch. Selbst an einem Regentag hatten wir im geräumigen Wohnzimmer mehr als ausreichend Platz für alle, ohne dass es eng wurde. Ein großes Lob geht auch an den Vermieter ISTRIALUX für die super und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Fazit: Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen!
Kuće je pozicionirana tako da je zadržala potpuni mir u autohtonom istarskom okruženju, a do plaže je 15 minuta automobilom. Idealna kombinacija za idealan odmor. Iznimno komforna, opremljena i ugodna vila je doslovno sve što možete poželjeti. Osmero ljudi u njoj uživa na način da se nitko s nikim ne sudara, svatko ima privatnost, kreveti su iznimno udobni, a bazen spojen s vanjskom kuhinjom i velikom okućnicom je san svakog roditelja kad dođe s petero djece na more. Ovo je jedan od rijetktih objekata koji uživo izgleda čak bolje od slika, a i fotografije govore već same po sebi puno. Valsnica je iznimno pažljiva, brza, nenametljiva i na usluzi što ovu kuću čini svakom preporukom. Pogotovo kad je daje vrlo zahtjevna osoba kao ja, koja vodi računa o svakom detalju i nisam previše sklona komporomisima. S ovom vilom nećete sigurno pogriješiti.
A truly wonderful house, equipped with all the amenities you need for a perfect vacation. The house is practically brand-new and features a very stylish interior. Beautiful pool with a pool house, also perfectly equipped with a shower, grill, and refrigerator. The house is very spacious. Large bedrooms with spacious bathrooms and plenty of storage space. Great living room with a kitchen. There were eight of us staying in the house. Very quiet location, yet close to Poreč and the beaches. The host is very friendly, helpful, and always responds right away. By the way, they also run a very nice restaurant right on the water with beach access. We can wholeheartedly recommend this house. We'll definitely be back. Kay
