Villa La Mari ist ein geräumiges und elegantes Ferienhaus, ideal für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt von bis zu 8 Gästen. Es liegt im kleinen Ort Banki, nur 18 km von der charmanten Stadt Poreč entfernt, und bietet die perfekte Kombination aus Privatsphäre, Entspannung und einfachem Zugang zu den schönen istrischen Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Die Villa verfügt über vier moderne Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit Klimaanlage, TV und eigenem Bad, was maximalen Komfort und Privatsphäre für alle Gäste garantiert.
Auf einem großen, komplett eingezäunten Grundstück von 1.399 m² bietet die Villa La Mari viel Platz zum Entspannen im Freien. Gäste können am 50 m² großen Privatpool entspannen, die Sauna oder den Whirlpool genießen oder Zeit im gepflegten Garten verbringen. Familien mit Kindern werden besonders den Spielplatz zu schätzen wissen. Für Mahlzeiten im Freien steht ein Gasgrill zur Verfügung, der gemeinsame Momente erleichtert und verschönert. Zusätzliche Annehmlichkeiten sind eine Nespresso-Maschine und ein Wasserfilter.
In der Umgebung können Gäste verschiedenen Aktivitäten nachgehen: Radfahren und Wandern auf malerischen Wegen, Besuche lokaler Weingüter und Olivenhaine, Ausflüge zu Stränden und Fischerdörfern sowie die Erkundung der kulturellen und historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Poreč und Umgebung.

Kuće je pozicionirana tako da je zadržala potpuni mir u autohtonom istarskom okruženju, a do plaže je 15 minuta automobilom. Idealna kombinacija za idealan odmor. Iznimno komforna, opremljena i ugodna vila je doslovno sve što možete poželjeti. Osmero ljudi u njoj uživa na način da se nitko s nikim ne sudara, svatko ima privatnost, kreveti su iznimno udobni, a bazen spojen s vanjskom kuhinjom i velikom okućnicom je san svakog roditelja kad dođe s petero djece na more. Ovo je jedan od rijetktih objekata koji uživo izgleda čak bolje od slika, a i fotografije govore već same po sebi puno. Valsnica je iznimno pažljiva, brza, nenametljiva i na usluzi što ovu kuću čini svakom preporukom. Pogotovo kad je daje vrlo zahtjevna osoba kao ja, koja vodi računa o svakom detalju i nisam previše sklona komporomisima. S ovom vilom nećete sigurno pogriješiti.
A truly wonderful house, equipped with all the amenities you need for a perfect vacation. The house is practically brand-new and features a very stylish interior. Beautiful pool with a pool house, also perfectly equipped with a shower, grill, and refrigerator. The house is very spacious. Large bedrooms with spacious bathrooms and plenty of storage space. Great living room with a kitchen. There were eight of us staying in the house. Very quiet location, yet close to Poreč and the beaches. The host is very friendly, helpful, and always responds right away. By the way, they also run a very nice restaurant right on the water with beach access. We can wholeheartedly recommend this house. Our family of five had the most wonderful holiday at Villa La Mari. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The villa is absolutely beautiful. It is spacious, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday. The bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and every detail has clearly been carefully considered. The outdoor area is simply outstanding. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the outdoor kitchen with the barbecue quickly became the heart of our holiday. We spent many wonderful evenings cooking, dining, and relaxing together as a family. The villa is located in a peaceful rural setting, away from the crowds, and that is exactly what makes it so special. The silence, the beautiful surroundings, and the privacy create the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing holiday, while Poreč and the stunning Istrian coastline are only a short drive away. A special thank you to Kristabel, who was an exceptional host. She was warm, welcoming, helpful, and always quick to respond whenever we had a question. Her hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome and added so much to our stay. We can wholeheartedly recommend Villa La Mari to anyone looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and unforgettable holiday.
