Villa Uva represents a unique combination of rustic charm and modern design. The villa is located in the small village of Marići and is ideal for families or groups of up to 8 people seeking comfortable and functional accommodation.
The villa has three spacious bedrooms, two of which include additional beds – one room features a pull-out armchair for one person, while the other offers a sofa bed, providing extra sleeping space. Three elegant bathrooms and an additional separate toilet ensure comfort and privacy for all guests. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and a TV
On the ground floor, there is a covered terrace with an outdoor fireplace, perfect for socializing and evening relaxation, a spacious kitchen for meal preparation, a comfortable living room, a separate toilet, a laundry room, and one bedroom with a private bathroom. On the upper floor, there are two additional bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as a terrace overlooking the beautiful surroundings. The villa’s yard is enclosed by a wall and hedges, but not completely.
For additional entertainment and relaxation, the villa offers badminton, a playground and a trampoline for children, as well as table football and darts, making the stay enjoyable for all ages (additional amenities available from spring 2026).
The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for an active holiday and exploration. Guests can visit the picturesque Kanfanar, the historic Svetvinčenat with its impressive Morosini-Grimani Castle, or explore the medieval town of Dvigrad. For lovers of the coast and Mediterranean atmosphere, the nearby towns of Rovinj and Poreč offer rich cultural landmarks, art galleries, and top-quality restaurants. The city of Pula, with its famous Roman amphitheatre and numerous cultural events, is also not to be missed.

We spent a week at Villa Uva in August and absolutely loved our stay. The villa is truly top-notch — you can tell that every little detail has been carefully thought through. The whole villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived and very well maintained. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, the bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable, and there are lots of practical touches that make a longer stay easy, including a separate toilet and a dedicated room with a washing machine. We also really appreciated that the hosts provided some basic essentials to get us started — things like olive oil, salt, sugar, and coffee. It may sound like a small thing, but it makes a real difference when you’ve just arrived, and in our experience it’s definitely not something you can take for granted in holiday rentals. The outdoor area is just as impressive. The pool overlooks a beautiful garden with olive trees and grapevines. The garden is very well maintained and watered, so even in August the grass was green and perfect for the kids to play on. Overall, Villa Uva is a beautiful, comfortable, exceptionally clean, and very thoughtfully designed and maintained place. We had a fantastic week there and would happily come back. Highly recommended!
Wow. Was für ein Haus, was für ein Grundstück und was für eine Aussicht. Absolut empfehlenswert. So geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.
Wir haben im Juni einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und überzeugt mit vielen liebevollen Details, die sofort eine warme und gemütliche Atmosphäre schaffen. Besonders begeistert hat uns der große, idyllische Garten mit dem schönen Pool. Die ruhige Lage und die Natur rundherum laden perfekt zum Entspannen und Abschalten ein. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und seinen Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Auch die Gastgeber waren äußerst zuvorkommend, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir haben bemerkt, wie viel Wert sie darauf legen, dass sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, die Zeit sehr genossen und können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!
