Vila Uva predstavlja kombinaciju rustikalnog šarma i modernog dizajna, nalazi se u mjestu Marići te je namijenjena za smještaj do 8 osoba.
Vila ima 3 spavaće sobe, od kojih dvije imaju dodatne ležajeve: jedna fotelju na razvlačenje za 1 osobu, a druga kauč na razvlačenje. Sve spavaće sobe imaju klima-uređaj i TV.
U objektu se nalaze 3 kupaonice i 1 zaseban WC. U prizemlju su jedna spavaća soba s kupaonicom, kuhinja, dnevni boravak, natkrivena terasa s vanjskim kaminom, WC i vešeraj. Na katu su dvije spavaće sobe, svaka s vlastitom kupaonicom, te terasa.
Dvorište je ograđeno zidom i živicom, ali nije u potpunosti ograđeno. Gostima su na raspolaganju badminton, dječje igralište, trampolin, stolni nogomet i pikado.
Okolina vile nudi brojne mogućnosti za istraživanje. Gosti mogu posjetiti slikoviti Kanfanar, povijesni Svetvinčenat s impresivnim Kaštelom Morosini-Grimani, ili istražiti srednjovjekovni gradić Dvigrad. Za ljubitelje obale i mediteranske atmosfere, blizu su Rovinj i Poreč, gradovi bogati kulturnim znamenitostima, umjetničkim galerijama i vrhunskim restoranima. Nezaobilazna je i Pula sa svojim slavnim rimskim amfiteatrom i brojnim kulturnim događanjima.

We stayed at Vila Uva for a week and had a truly wonderful experience. The villa is set in a beautiful, quiet area—perfect if you are looking to relax and unwind surrounded by nature while still being within easy reach of Istria’s coastal highlights and charming towns. The owner was exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we need for a smooth and comfortable vacation. The surroundings are peaceful and pristine, making every morning and evening at the property absolute bliss.
We spent a week at Villa Uva in August and absolutely loved our stay. The villa is truly top-notch — you can tell that every little detail has been carefully thought through. The whole villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived and very well maintained. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, the bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable, and there are lots of practical touches that make a longer stay easy, including a separate toilet and a dedicated room with a washing machine. We also really appreciated that the hosts provided some basic essentials to get us started — things like olive oil, salt, sugar, and coffee. It may sound like a small thing, but it makes a real difference when you’ve just arrived, and in our experience it’s definitely not something you can take for granted in holiday rentals. The outdoor area is just as impressive. The pool overlooks a beautiful garden with olive trees and grapevines. The garden is very well maintained and watered, so even in August the grass was green and perfect for the kids to play on. Overall, Villa Uva is a beautiful, comfortable, exceptionally clean, and very thoughtfully designed and maintained place. We had a fantastic week there and would happily come back. Highly recommended!
Wow. Was für ein Haus, was für ein Grundstück und was für eine Aussicht. Absolut empfehlenswert. So geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.
