Villa Yamila is a modern villa located near Žminj, in the heart of Istria, and is ideal for accommodating up to 6 guests. The villa offers three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. A washing machine and dryer are also available.
Guests have access to two toilets – one outdoor toilet located by the pool and terrace area, and another inside the house, conveniently situated near the entrance. Magenta TV is available in the master bedroom and the living room.
The outdoor area features a heated saltwater swimming pool and a spacious sun deck with comfortable loungers. The property is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and security. An electric pergola provides pleasant shade, while a charcoal barbecue is available for guests, with both charcoal and firewood provided.
The villa's location is perfect for exploring central Istria. Nearby is Žminj, well known for its rich tradition and gastronomy. Charming towns such as Svetvinčenat and Pazin, as well as numerous cycling and hiking trails through the beautiful Istrian countryside, are within easy reach. The coast and popular destinations such as Rovinj and Poreč can be reached within a short drive, along with many wineries and traditional taverns offering authentic Istrian cuisine and wines.
