Villa Temelia is located in the village of Salamunišće and accommodates up to 6 guests. The villa features three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and TV. An additional separate WC is also available.
The outdoor area features a private saltwater swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. Next to the pool, there is an outdoor dining area for shared meals, as well as a charcoal barbecue.
The villa has an equipped kitchen with a filter coffee machine. For children, the garden offers a trampoline and a playground. With three bedrooms and three private bathrooms, the layout provides plenty of space for families or groups of friends.
Salamunišće is located in inland Istria, providing a convenient starting point for exploring different parts of the peninsula. During their stay, guests can visit Barban and the surrounding villages, explore Pula with its numerous historical attractions, or head towards the coast and beaches. Restaurants and traditional konobas serving Istrian dishes and local products can also be found in the surrounding area.

Perfekt für einen erholsamen, ruhigen Urlaub. Das Haus ist wunderschön und neu. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mega Pool! Man muss allerdings mobil sein.
Wir hatten 14 wunderschöne Tage in der Villa und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders der Pool und die traumhafte ruhige Lage haben uns begeistert. Ein großes Lob auch an den Gastgeber: Ivica ist sehr herzlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen und rundum wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank für diese wunderschöne Zeit – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Ein wunderschönes neues Haus mit allem Annehmlichkeiten. Sehr nette Vermieter. Viel Platz, alles neu und top Ausstattung. Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist trotz der Abgeschiedenheit und Alleinlage, dass der Pool-Bereich von der Straße einsehbar ist.
