Villa Solitare is located in a small Istrian village and offers the perfect retreat for a family holiday or a getaway with friends.
The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests and features 4 spacious bedrooms (three of which are ensuite) and two additional bathrooms. A large living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area are ideal for spending quality time together and enjoying meals.
In the basement, guests will find an extra bedroom, a sauna, and a children’s playroom with toys and a PlayStation 4, making this villa an excellent choice for families with kids.
The outdoor area includes a fully enclosed garden with a private pool, perfect for relaxation and soaking up the sun. Guests can also enjoy a large barbecue and an outdoor dining area for unforgettable evenings under the stars.
The villa’s location is ideal for exploring Istria - the coast and famous beaches are only 20 minutes away by car, while Žminj and Svetvinčenat, two charming Istrian towns rich in culture, are just a few kilometers away. Shops, bars, and restaurants are also easily accessible within a short drive.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa Solitare! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Vermieter – super freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Auf Fragen wurde sofort reagiert und kleinere Mängel wurden umgehend behoben. Was uns besonders gefreut hat: Unsere drei Hunde waren herzlich willkommen! Der Vermieter war sehr hundefreundlich, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen. Absolute Empfehlung!
Wir waren 6 Personen mit Hunden und wirklich jeder hat sich in dem Haus rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ruhig, bietet schattige und viele Wege für Spaziergänge mit den Hunden, in max 30 min ist man am Meer oder Städte besichtigen und das Haus bietet Komfort und Entspannung. Es gibt ausreichend Bäder und Schlafplätze, Poolliegen, Küchenausstattung… Kontakt mit Agentur und Vermieter war immer unkompliziert und super zuvorkommend… kurz gesagt: es ist perfekt und wir kommen sicher wieder…
Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 3 Hunde. Es hat alles wunderbar gepasst. Das Grundstück ist gut eingezäunt, so dass wir die Hunde bedenkenlos laufen lassen konnten. Daher war es für uns sehr entspannt. Man kann ausgedehnte Spaziergänge machen oder den Tag am schönen Pool genießen.
