Inside the villa, you will find three spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing delicious meals with local ingredients, and a living room designed for relaxation and socializing.
The outdoor area will delight you with a large yard, perfect for family activities or sunbathing. There is also a summer kitchen for preparing barbecue meals, while children can safely enjoy the spacious yard. Additionally, the yard features a cornhole game, a fun activity for all ages that will enhance your stay.
From Žminj, you can easily explore the gems of Istria: picturesque Rovinj with its beautiful beaches is about a 25-minute drive, historic Pula with its Arena is around 33 km away, and charming Poreč is approximately 33 km from the villa.
Villa Eni offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday, combining the comfort of home with the charm of the Istrian ambiance.
Note: The villa has one bathroom with a shower located within a bedroom, a second separate bathroom, and one toilet. Additionally, the villa has an outdoor toilet.

Wir haben die Osterfeiertage in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Schmien verbracht und waren rundum begeistert. Die Lage ist hervorragend – sehr ruhig und ideal für Familien, die einen entspannten Urlaub genießen möchten. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der tolle Pool sowie die separate Sommerküche, die den Aufenthalt zusätzlich aufwerten. Sowohl das Haus als auch die Außenanlagen sind äußerst gepflegt und lassen keine Wünsche offen – es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind außergewöhnlich freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und unglaublich bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Sie haben sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert und jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Für einen erholsamen Urlaub können wir dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
Die Vermieter sind super liebe nette Menschen. Das Haus ist wirklich schön. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Der Pool ist sehr schön und die Gegend sehr ruhig. Man hat kurze Wege zum einkaufen und zum Essen gehen. Ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Es war ein sehr schöner kurzer Urlaub. Wir werden wiederkommen. Vielen Dank nochmal für das nette Geschenk beim Abschied.
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Es sind tolle Gasgeber und es hat alles problemlos geklappt. In ca 3 Minuten Fahrzeit ist ein großer Supermarkt und in ca 30 Minuten ist man in Porec oder Rovinj. Das Haus ist groß, man hat genug Platz und alles war sauber. Vielen Dank :)
