Villa Dell’Arte is a luxurious villa with designer furniture, located in Žminj. The villa accommodates up to 7 guests, ideally 6. It has 3 bedrooms with king-size beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom, while an additional bed is located in the living room. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito protection on the windows. The kitchen is fully equipped, and an added bonus is a filter coffee machine for an even more enjoyable stay.
The outdoor area is fully enclosed with a 1.80 m high fence. The villa features a heated saltwater swimming pool of 32 m². Around the pool, there are sun loungers for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The terrace offers an outdoor dining area as well as an outdoor kitchen. An electric barbecue is also available. For additional entertainment, guests can use a badminton set and a table tennis table. Further value is added by a sauna area and an outdoor jacuzzi.
Regarding activities in the surrounding area, Žminj and central Istria offer many possibilities. Nearby, there are cycling and hiking trails through nature and traditional Istrian villages, ideal for an active holiday. Food lovers can enjoy numerous traditional taverns with authentic Istrian cuisine, truffles, and local wines. Excursions to Rovinj, Poreč, or Pula can easily be organized, as well as visits to wineries and olive oil producers. For families, there are also adventure parks, horseback riding, and various outdoor activities.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa Dell’Arte und haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Villa war bei unserer Ankunft absolut sauber und die gesamte Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und durchdacht. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der tollen Outdoor-Kitchen, die wir sehr gerne genutzt haben. Auch die Küche im Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und besonders positiv fanden wir, dass überall an den Türen Fliegengitter angebracht waren. Ein absolutes Highlight war der Außenbereich mit dem tollen beheizten Pool. Selbst Ende September konnten wir noch wunderbar schwimmen. Wir hatten zusätzlich großes Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten den Garten und die Außenbereiche ausgiebig genießen. Auch für unseren Vierbeiner war die Villa einfach perfekt. Zur Begrüßung standen bereits Obst und Getränke für uns bereit – eine wirklich schöne und aufmerksame Geste. Unsere Gastgeberin war unglaublich herzlich, jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat sich auch während unseres Aufenthalts immer wieder erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob wir etwas benötigen. Für uns hat hier einfach alles gestimmt: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Komfort, Außenbereich und Betreuung. Wir würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ganz klare 5 Sterne!

It provided everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect for exploring Istria, while still offering a peaceful and private atmosphere. We especially appreciated the lovely surroundings and the welcoming character of the villa. A special thank you goes to the owner, who was extremely kind, helpful, and supportive throughout our stay. She was always available when we had questions and made us feel very welcome.
