About your stay
Villa Dell’Arte is a luxurious villa with designer furniture, located in Žminj. The villa accommodates up to 7 guests, ideally 6. It has 3 bedrooms with king-size beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom, while an additional bed is located in the living room. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito protection on the windows. The kitchen is fully equipped, and an added bonus is a filter coffee machine for an even more enjoyable stay.
The outdoor area is fully enclosed with a 1.80 m high fence. The villa features a heated saltwater swimming pool of 32 m². Around the pool, there are sun loungers for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The terrace offers an outdoor dining area as well as an outdoor kitchen. An electric barbecue is also available. For additional entertainment, guests can use a badminton set and a table tennis table. Further value is added by a sauna area and an outdoor jacuzzi.
Regarding activities in the surrounding area, Žminj and central Istria offer many possibilities. Nearby, there are cycling and hiking trails through nature and traditional Istrian villages, ideal for an active holiday. Food lovers can enjoy numerous traditional taverns with authentic Istrian cuisine, truffles, and local wines. Excursions to Rovinj, Poreč, or Pula can easily be organized, as well as visits to wineries and olive oil producers. For families, there are also adventure parks, horseback riding, and various outdoor activities.
