The villa is surrounded by well-maintained greenery, and its location is suitable for exploring central Istria and the surrounding towns. Žminj and Svetvinčenat are nearby, while shops, bars and restaurants are just a few minutes away by car.
The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for running, hiking and cycling. Rovinj is also within reach for a day trip, especially during the summer months when it offers a variety of cultural, entertainment and gastronomic events.
The coast, beaches and most of the larger Istrian towns are located within a radius of approximately 20 km, making it convenient to explore different parts of Istria.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa, set in a tranquil and safe location. The villa was immaculate, both inside and out, and the garden and pool were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. Katerina was the perfect host and had thought of everything we could possibly need during our stay. The thoughtful extras, including homemade wine and liqueur, made our holiday feel even more special. We were also invited to help ourselves to the delicious tomatoes growing in the front garden, which was such a lovely touch. Thank you, Katerina, for making our stay so memorable.
