Villa Nia is located in the small village of Veljaki, near Kršan, and accommodates up to eight guests, with six being the optimal capacity. The villa features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each bedroom has air conditioning, a TV and its own en-suite bathroom.
The living room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen, which also includes an espresso coffee machine. The fenced garden features a swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen with dining area, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
Nearby is the medieval town of Labin, known for its stone streets, galleries and historical landmarks. Rabac is also close by, with its well-known pebble beaches suitable for swimming, diving and water sports.
The surrounding area offers numerous hiking and cycling trails through the landscapes of eastern Istria. Local taverns serve traditional specialities such as truffles, olive oil and Malvasia wine.

Sehr moderne, großräumige Unterkunft. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Große Esstische innen und im überdachten Außenbereich. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Vermieter sehr nett, sehr engagiert beim Beheben eines technischen Problems. Haben uns mit 7 Personen sehr gut erholt, unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen.
