The villa features four elegantly furnished bedrooms and four bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. On the ground floor, there is a spacious kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, and bathrooms, while the remaining two bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor, providing enough privacy for all guests.
In the spacious and fully fenced yard, there is a swimming pool, perfect for cooling off and relaxing during warm days. There is also a children's playground and a wood-fired barbecue for enjoyable moments outdoors. For additional fun and recreation, you can enjoy billiards, table football, darts, table tennis, and two types of saunas – infrared and steam. The basement houses a wellness area with a fitness space, laundry room, and shower.
The villa's surroundings offer numerous opportunities for exploring and enjoying nature and culture. Guests can visit picturesque towns such as Krnica and Rakalj, known for their beautiful coves and authentic Istrian atmosphere. Nearby is the historic city of Pula, famous for its Roman Amphitheater, numerous museums, restaurants, and stunning beaches. Nature lovers can enjoy walking and cycling trails that lead through beautiful Mediterranean landscapes and vineyards, such as the popular Stjepan Hauser Trail in Rakalj, offering a unique experience of Istrian nature and culture.

Nach mehreren Jahren Urlaub in Dalmatien haben wir uns dieses Jahr für Istrien entschieden. Ich habe mich an Istrialux gewandt und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Ich werde wieder hier buchen und kann Istrialux weiterempfehlen. Die Villa Magnus Vareski ist neu im Angebot und wurde erst kürzlich fertig gestellt. Wir haben 14 Tage in der Villa genossen. Alles ist perfekt und es mangelt an nichts. Die Vermieterin Dubravka ist sehr nett und hatte uns viele Tips und Links gesendet, welche wir praktisch alle ausprobiert haben. Die Villa liegt etwas abseits, dafür hat man seine Ruhe. Sie bietet einen riesen grossen Garten mit Obst- und Olivenbäumen. Der Pool ist fantastisch und gross. Wir haben den angrenzenden Cheminee Raum mit Unterstand und massivem Holz Esstisch sehr geschätzt. Die Zimmer sind alle gross, sehr gut eingerichtet und haben alle ein angrenzendes Bad mit Dusche. Das Haus bietet in jedem Zimmer einen TV mit Netflix. Das Untergeschoss mit Billard, Sauna, Whirlpool und Kraftraum sucht seinesgleichen. Nach Pula sind es 30 Minuten, zum Flughafen sind es 20 Minuten. Gäste dieser Unterkunft brauchen zwingend ein Auto. Dafür kann man zwischen 15 bis 40 Minuten unzählige Strände und Beach Bars anfahren. Wir waren in 14 Tagen and 14 verschiedenen Stränden / Beach Bars. Ich kann diese Villa wärmstens empfehlen und werde wohl selber wieder hier buchen.
From the very first moment, we felt completely at home in this beautiful villa. The house is modern, tastefully furnished, and maintained to the highest standard. It truly had everything we needed, and we didn’t miss a single thing during our stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking and dining. Every room is beautifully decorated, spotless, and offers a high level of comfort. The outdoor area, including the pool and the comfortable seating areas, is perfect for relaxing and enjoying your holiday. A very special thank you goes to the hosts, Dubravka and her husband. They gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel at home from the start. Whenever we had a question, they responded immediately, and we could reach them by phone at any time if needed. Their kindness, hospitality, and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. We would like to sincerely thank them once again for the wonderful time we spent at the villa. We had an amazing vacation and can wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable stay. We would love to come back!
Wir waren 2 Wochen mit 4 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern und einem Hund im Juni/Juli in der Villa Magnus Vareski. Die Buchung/Organisation über IstriaLux lief problemlos & sehr freundlich. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Das Haus ist wunderbar, es fehlt einem an nichts. Die Außenanlage mit Pool, der Außenküche und dem riesengroßen (Obst-)Garten sind wunderschön. Unsere Vermieter waren jederzeut erreichbar und Anfragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Wir haben auch tolle Tipps für die Umgebung erhalten. Vielen herzlichen Dank für Alles!
