The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests and features three elegantly designed bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a shower. An additional bed is available in the living room.
The large open-plan living area connects to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, creating a perfect space for shared moments and relaxation.
The villa’s location is ideal for exploring all of Istria. Most of the well-known Istrian beaches and towns are just 20 minutes away by car, while the picturesque towns of Žminj and Svetvinčenat - two authentic medieval Istrian villages - are only a few kilometers away. Shops, bars, and restaurants are also within easy reach, just a few minutes’ drive from the villa.

Alles Perfekt und fast noch schöner wie auf den Bildern. Das Grundstück befindet sich am Rande des kleinen Dörfchens Tomisici und ist von außen nicht einsehbar. Für alle die Privatsphäre und Ruhe Schätzen genau das Richtige. Alles war sehr sauber, der Pool ist toll und die Außenküche ist ein Traum. Wir werden wieder buchen!
Hallo, wir waren mit 5 Personen für eine Woche in der Villa Vetosa. Die Villa hat uns sowohl von innen, als auch von außen wirklich sehr gefallen. Wir waren von dem ersten Augenblick begeistert. Pool, Ausstattung, Zimmer und der Außenbereich sind in einem top Zustand und sehr gepflegt. Dazu sind die Besitzer sehr herzliche und freundliche Personen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Die Villa Vetosa ist ein absolutes Prunkstück. Bestens auch geeignet für Familien, da das Grundstück ein abgeschlossener Raum ist. Es gibt eine große Rasenfläche. Das Haus ist nahezu neu, super ausgestattet, die 3 Schlafzimmer mit dazugehörigen Badezimmer sind ideal. Der Wohnbereich ist mit integrierter Küche riesig und lädt für Spieleabende ein. Ebenso der geschützte Außenbereich inklusive Aussenküche und Grillmöglichkeit. Bemerkenswert: die Ruhe und die Natur. Der Besitzer ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Wir waren gerade zwei Wochen in der Villa und beneiden jeden, der nun seinen Urlaub noch vor sich stehen hat. Aus unserer Sicht: 5 von 5 Sternen
