Villa Casa Luta is a small, modern villa located in the heart of Istria, close to Poreč. The villa accommodates up to 4 guests.
The villa features two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and a Smart TV. Guests have access to one bathroom and an additional guest toilet, where a washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided. The fully equipped kitchen includes a capsule coffee machine.
The villa's garden is completely enclosed by a 2-metre-high fence, ensuring privacy. The 30 m² swimming pool is a saltwater pool. The sun terrace is equipped with comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor shower for a relaxing stay.
The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for relaxation, sightseeing, and outdoor activities. Nearby is the historic town of Poreč, home to the UNESCO-listed Euphrasian Basilica, as well as beautiful beaches and a network of cycling and hiking trails through the picturesque Istrian countryside.
Guests interested in culture and authentic Istrian experiences can visit the charming hilltop towns of Grožnjan and Motovun, explore local wine roads and olive groves, visit the House of Istrian Prosciutto, and enjoy traditional Istrian cuisine in excellent local restaurants.
For those seeking a more active holiday, the nearby Kringa Adventure Park and guided quad tours offer plenty of excitement.

We had a wonderful experience with Casa Luta. Our son and his friends stayed at the villa for a week and absolutely loved their time there. The house is beautiful, very clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped. Everything was just as described and the boys felt at home from the very beginning. A special thank you to Ana, who was an excellent host. Communication before and during the stay was always friendly, quick and very helpful. She made sure that everything was well prepared and was always available in case there were any questions. The boys had a fantastic holiday and really enjoyed the house, the pool and their time in Istria. We would definitely choose Casa Luta again and can highly recommend it. Thank you very much, Ana, for making their stay such a great experience!
