About your stay
Vila You & Me is a small luxury villa located near the village of Svetvinčenat, in central Istria. The villa is ideal for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 3 people if needed. It consists of a beautifully decorated bedroom that offers a comfortable space for rest. The fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine provides everything you need for a pleasant stay. The villa also offers a heated pool, available from March to December.
In an additional room, you will find wellness facilities, including a jacuzzi and sauna, ideal for relaxation. The entire yard is fully fenced. The room is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, and mosquito protection on the windows.
In the surrounding area, you can enjoy numerous activities. Svetvinčenat is known for its medieval heritage, while Pula, with its ancient landmarks such as the Arena, is only a 20-minute drive away. Brijuni National Park is perfect for cycling and hiking. You can also explore numerous Istrian wineries and enjoy wine tastings, or relax at nearby beaches. Cycling and walking tours in Istria are also popular activities, and food lovers can enjoy Istrian restaurants and taverns.

Wir haben zu zweit mit unserem kleinen Hund eine wundervolle Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Bei der Ausstattung wurde wirklich an jede Kleinigkeit gedacht- somit kann der Urlaub sofort beginnen. Was dieses Haus auch zu etwas besonderen macht ist Dominik ! Dominik ist der netteste , großzügigste,aufmerksamste und respektvollste Gastgeber. Zur Begrüßung bekamen wir von ihm eine excellente Vorspeisenplatte mit istrischen Spezialitäten wie verschiedenen Schinken, Würsten und Käse! Hunde sind ihm herzlich willkommen. Dominik hat uns auch mit Tipps bezüglich Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants bestens beraten.Auch sonst war er jederzeit erreichbar ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man betritt das Haus und fühlt sich sofort wohl. Abgesehen von der perfekten Ausstattung wurden auch alle Dinge die man im Alltag benötigt gedacht . So sind von Kaffee , Salz , Zucker…. auch sämtliche Reinigungsmittel für Wäsche , Geschirr , Küchenrolle etc bereitgestellt ! Auch die Lage ist ideal , innerhalb in ca einer halben Stunde in alle Richtungen hat man die Möglichkeit historisch Orte , Küstenstädtchen und Strände zu erkunden. Alles in allem eine absolute Herzensempfehlung!!
