The villa is located near the town of Svetvinčenat and Morosini-Grimani Castle in Svetvinčenat, an impressive Renaissance fortress that reflects the rich history of the area. Larger Istrian towns such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč are approximately 30–40 minutes away by car and offer historic old-town architecture, charming streets, cultural attractions and restaurants serving authentic Istrian cuisine.

Alles Perfekt. Wer Ruhe sucht ist genau dort Richtig.
Seit drei Jahre machen wir drei Wochen in dem traumhaften Ferienhaus . Die sehr schöne ruhige Lage mit einer wunderschönen Landschaft und mit einer traumhaften Natur umgeben sind für uns jedes Jahr eine besondere Freude.
