Villa Sunrise is a modern family villa located in a small village near the historic town of Svetvinčenat. Built and furnished with great attention to detail, the villa offers privacy and comfort for your stay.
Almost all beaches in Istria are just a 20-minute drive away. The outdoor area features a beautiful pool with modern sun loungers, while the interior is bright and stylishly decorated, providing a home-like atmosphere.
The villa has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a modern living room with a large SMART TV. The house is fully air-conditioned and offers wireless internet access.
The surroundings of Svetvinčenat, known for the medieval Morosini-Grimani Castle, offer numerous cultural and historical attractions, perfect for exploring and entertaining the whole family.
Guests can also visit local vineyards and olive groves, enjoying wine and olive oil tastings and discovering the rich Istrian gastronomy.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und wir hatten mit unseren zwei Kindern (2 und 5), den Großeltern und Hund eine tolle Woche. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Outdoor-Küche und der Pool. Ansonsten hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine tolle Größe und Ausstattung. Auch die Betten waren sehr bequem. Der Check-in und Check-out war reibungslos und die Eigentümerin war auch dehr sehr nett. Ebenfalls war die Kommunikation vor der Anreise sehr gut. Danke für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Alles war super sauber und in einem Top Zustand. Das Zubehör in der Küche war in voller Gänze vorhanden. Die Lage ist zum entspannen ideal. Vorallem fürs Fahrrad fahren oder Trail Running. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Imali smo predivan godišnji . sve je bilo u super stanju i super ljepo. Kuća je bila jako čista. S gazdom je od prvog kontakta do predaje kuće sve bilo super. Doći ćemo definitvno opet! Hvala gazdama za super odmor!
