Villa Sunrise is a modern family villa located in a small village near the historic town of Svetvinčenat. The villa has been thoughtfully designed with attention to detail and provides a pleasant space for a comfortable stay.
Most of the beaches in Istria are about a 20-minute drive away. The outdoor area is fully fenced and features a pool with sun loungers, while the interior is modern and functional, with an emphasis on a bright and comfortable atmosphere.
The villa has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a modern living room with a large SMART TV. The house is fully air-conditioned and offers wireless internet access.
The surroundings of Svetvinčenat, known for the medieval Morosini-Grimani Castle, offer numerous cultural and historical attractions, perfect for exploring and entertaining the whole family.
Guests can also visit local vineyards and olive groves, enjoying wine and olive oil tastings and discovering the rich Istrian gastronomy.

Haus wie auf den Bildern. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Süßer Ort Pusti mit allem was man braucht. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.
The house itself and its location was amazing!!! The hosts are very helpful and have a lot of knowledge about local activities. Will come back for sure!!!
Das Haus ist wunderschön und wir hatten mit unseren zwei Kindern (2 und 5), den Großeltern und Hund eine tolle Woche. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Outdoor-Küche und der Pool. Ansonsten hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine tolle Größe und Ausstattung. Auch die Betten waren sehr bequem. Der Check-in und Check-out war reibungslos und die Eigentümerin war auch dehr sehr nett. Ebenfalls war die Kommunikation vor der Anreise sehr gut. Danke für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder.
