Villa Stancija Salamon is located in Svetvinčenat, in the heart of Istria. This elegant stone villa combines traditional Istrian charm with modern comfort.
The villa is surrounded by a landscaped garden with old trees and a large swimming pool. Next to the pool is a covered terrace, ideal for spending time outdoors and enjoying summer evenings with a glass of wine.
The villa consists of two stone houses rented together as one unit. Each house features two bedrooms with double beds, some of which have their own bathrooms. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area and a living room with a fireplace.
Svetvinčenat and the surrounding area offer numerous opportunities for activities and excursions. Istria is known for its cycling and hiking trails, which pass through nature, vineyards and olive groves. Nearby are the medieval towns of Grožnjan and Motovun, as well as Pula, known for its Roman amphitheatre. The proximity to the sea allows for trips to the beaches and various water sports, while local restaurants offer Istrian specialities and wines.
