Villa Sonnenschein is located in the village of Smoljanci, in central Istria, near the historic town of Svetvinčenat. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and features four bedrooms, each with its own air conditioning and private bathroom.
The ground floor consists of a spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for a comfortable stay, while guests also have access to a filter coffee machine and a capsule coffee machine. The first floor features four comfortable bedrooms and a laundry room.
The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and enjoying time outdoors. Guests can enjoy a private heated swimming pool and an outdoor dining area with a gas grill, ideal for shared meals and summer gatherings. The yard is completely enclosed by a 1.80 m high fence.
Thanks to its location in central Istria, Villa Sonnenschein is an excellent base for exploring numerous Istrian destinations. The historic town of Svetvinčenat is located nearby, while the nearest beaches are approximately 15 km away.
