A perfect blend of modern design and authentic Istrian architecture full of character offers a cozy and romantic stay in the heart of the idyllic medieval town of Svetvinčenat.
The villa features one bedroom with a bathtub, a living room with a sofa bed, kitchen, separate toilet, and a bathroom with a rain shower. A washing machine and vacuum cleaner are also available for added convenience.
The yard includes a jacuzzi, outdoor dining area, and a Kamado grill, perfect for preparing meals outdoors.
Beaches on the western coast of Istria, such as those in Fažana and around Rovinj, are about a 20 to 30-minute drive away, and the villa’s location allows easy access to other parts of Istria for day trips or local exploration.
