Villa Sandra is located in Svetvinčenat and can accommodate up to 10 guests. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with direct access to the private garden and a covered terrace with seating, two bathrooms, and two double bedrooms. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with balconies and en-suite bathrooms. The balconies offer beautiful views of the garden and pool.
A traditional Istrian tavern is just 100 meters away, and Morosini-Grimani Castle in Svetvinčenat is 800 meters from the villa. In Svetvinčenat, you will also find shops, pizzerias, restaurants, and bars.
Almost all beaches and towns in Istria are 20-30 minutes by car, making it easy to explore the entire region and enjoy a dream vacation!

Wir waren vom 16.8-23.8 in der Villa zusammen mit Freunden. Insgesamt waren wir 5 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und 2 Hunde. Die Villa war mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Vermieterin Sandra ist eine sehr liebenswerte Person, die auch sofort bei einem Problem geholfen hat. Die Kommunikation mit ISTRIA Lux hat auch perfekt geklappt. Es war alles sehr schön und wir würden sofort wieder buchen.
Buchung und Abwicklung mit der Fa. Istrialux war sehr freundlich und reibungslos. Villa Sandra ist sehr schön wie auf den Bildern und sehr sauber. Pool war beheizt und auch angenehm warm, trotz kalter Nächte. Gastgeberin Sandra ist sehr nett und wirklich hilfsbereit. Ich kann die Villa Sandra nur weiterempfehlen. Im Ort gibt es eine gute Pizzeria und 2 kleine Einkaufsläden. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank.
Predivno mjesto za odmor, boravili smo u vili tijekom novogodisnjih blagdana.Sve je bilo uredno, čisto, toplo. Od ove destinacije vecina mjesta i gradova u Istri je na oko 30min voznje.Vlasnica vrlo ljubazna i gostoljubiva.
