Villa Rafiki is located near the medieval town of Svetvinčenat. The villa has been built and furnished with great attention to detail, and many decorations and items were collected by the owners during their years in Tanzania. Surrounded by greenery, the villa offers the perfect combination of privacy and relaxation, providing guests with an ideal escape from everyday stress.
The villa features 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and a beautiful terrace by the pool, perfect for relaxing during the day. Villa Rafiki is also an excellent starting point for an active holiday, as most Istrian beaches are only 20 minutes away by car. The property is fully enclosed.
Nearby is one of Istria’s famous castles - Morosini-Grimani Castle in Svetvinčenat, known for its attractive events and activities. Additionally, guests can visit local taverns and restaurants to enjoy traditional Istrian delicacies such as truffles, olive oil, and fresh seafood. Families with children can visit the aquarium in Pula, amusement parks, or go on boat trips.

Sehr großzügiges, gemütliches und komfortables Haus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, ganz im Gegenteil: Ob Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser etc., alles war mehr als genug vorhanden. Einmal die Woche kommt jemand für die Poolpflege. Das Grundstück ist optimal für Hunde, da eingezäunt / ummauert. Der Ort an sich liegt sehr ruhig, fast am Ende einer kleinen Schotterstraße, Svetvincenat mit wenigen aber guten Restaurants liegt nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Strände, größere Orte sind in 30 - 40 Minuten mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen, hätten uns aber, als einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt, einen weiteren Schlüssel gewünscht.
Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles was voorradig wat men nodig heeft. De airco werkte goed (wat ook echt nodig was) en het zwembad was perfect. Over het algemeen een perfect huis op een perfecte locatie (als je van rust houdt). De eigenaar was erg aardig en met vragen werden we direct geholpen.
Sehr nettes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne Tage dort verbracht.
