Note: The villa is not equipped with a baby cot or additional children’s equipment. Therefore, children staying at the villa must be older than 10 years.
Villa Nobel is located in the small village of Bibići, just a few kilometres from the picturesque town of Svetvinčenat. This modern, newly renovated villa with a private pool combines luxury and contemporary design and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The villa features three spacious bedrooms with king-size beds, while the master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for carefree cooking, including a Nespresso coffee machine. The living room is designed as a welcoming space for spending time together – instead of a traditional TV, there is a projector and a wall-mounted screen, creating a true home cinema experience.
The spacious outdoor area offers a 40 m² heated swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a lounge area, and an outdoor dining space ideal for shared meals in the open air.
Staying at Villa Nobel also provides an excellent opportunity to explore central Istria. Nearby is the historic town of Svetvinčenat, known for its Renaissance architecture and the Morosini-Grimani Castle. Active holiday lovers can enjoy cycling and hiking trails that pass through the typical Istrian landscape of rolling hills, olive groves, and vineyards, while numerous wineries and local taverns in the area offer the chance to taste authentic local specialties.
For those seeking the sea and a livelier atmosphere, the western Istrian coast and towns such as Rovinj and Pula are just a short drive away, offering beautiful beaches, rich history, and a variety of cultural attractions.
