Villa Ninna is located near the historic town of Svetvinčenat and is a suitable choice for a family holiday. The villa has three bedrooms and four bathrooms and can accommodate up to six guests. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, while the interior is bright and modern, with a functional layout.
The outdoor area is fully fenced and includes a spacious terrace with an infinity pool, sun loungers and an outdoor barbecue. The villa is air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi, SAT TV and parking.
Thanks to its location, Villa Ninna is a good starting point for exploring Istria. Almost all Istrian beaches are about a 20-minute drive away.
Guests can take a walk through the historic streets of Svetvinčenat and visit the medieval Morosini-Grimani Castle. Nearby towns include Rovinj, Poreč, Pula, Motovun and Grožnjan, known for their cultural and artistic offerings and numerous festivals.
Guests interested in local products can visit vineyards and olive groves, taste Istrian wines and olive oil, and discover the local cuisine. During the summer, the surrounding towns host various cultural events and festivals.

Wir haben das dritte Mal über Istrialux gebucht, zum ersten Mal die Villa Ninna. ALLES ist wirklich so wie auf den Fotos, viel Platz in den Schlafzimmern, toller Wohraum, super Pool..... ALLES PERFEKT. Ideal auch mit Hund. Danke für die nette Betreuung vor Ort und wir kommen bestimmt ein viertes Mal nach Istrien!
Wir waren schon einige Male in Istrien, aber in der Villa Ninna waren wir das 1. Mal. Die Villa war sehr großzügig, sauber und hat (fast) keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Ein minimaler Kritikpunkt: Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen wären super gewesen, denn es war warm genug um am Pool zu entspannen. Das Team von IstriaLux war wieder ein toller Ansprechpartner und wir wurden wieder mit tollen aktuellen Ratschlägen versorgt. Wir kommen wieder!
Eine wunderschöne Villa. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, der Pool ist fantastisch, alles perfekt sauber. In einem Satz zusammengefasst: eine perfekte Wohlfühloase. Eine Sache hat uns allerdings etwas gestört: es sind keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern in den Schlafzimmern. Aber ansonsten einfach super !!
