Villa My Way is a luxurious designer villa, carefully furnished down to the smallest detail, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features two spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room overlooking the garden and private heated pool provide a comfortable space for the whole family. The large covered terrace by the pool and garden offers additional space for relaxing and spending time outdoors.
The private property covers 1,500 m², while the villa itself offers 150 m² of living space, complemented by an additional 100 m² of open terraces. The 45 m² covered terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, making it perfect for social gatherings and family meals outdoors. The modern and unique design, both inside and out, is created for guests who appreciate luxury and comfort.
Svetvinčenat offers an authentic Istrian experience - strolling through historic streets, visiting the Morosini-Grimani Castle and other local attractions, and enjoying traditional cuisine in nearby restaurants and taverns. The surrounding area is rich in vineyards and olive groves, while active holiday enthusiasts can explore numerous cycling and walking trails or set off on excursions through the picturesque Istrian landscape.
All essential amenities are within easy reach – shops and restaurants are approximately 1 km away, while the local beaches are around 20 km from the property. This makes it easy to plan day trips to the sea, including Rovinj, Poreč and other coastal towns.

Wir haben uns zwei Wochen lang in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist absolut ruhig, das Areal von aussen nicht einsehbar und das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was einen unbeschwerten Urlaub ermöglicht. Wie immer war die Betreuung durch die Agentur IstriaLux vorbildlich. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier an der richtigen Stelle.
**Rundum gelungener Familienurlaub – klare Empfehlung!** Wir haben die Villa My Way als Familie mit zwei Teenagern bewohnt und waren durchweg begeistert. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich hervorragend und lässt keine Wünsche offen – absolutes Highlight für unsere Kinder war die Eiswürfelmaschine, die während des gesamten Aufenthalts im Dauereinsatz war. Ganz besonders positiv aufgefallen sind uns außerdem die Fliegengitter an sämtlichen Fenstern und Türen. Für ein Ferienhaus ist das leider immer noch sehr ungewöhnlich, macht aber gerade in den Sommermonaten einen riesigen Unterschied – abends lüften ohne ungebetene Gäste, das war für uns Gold wert. Erwähnen möchten wir auch, dass die Bilder im Internet exakt der Realität entsprechen. Das Haus war genau so, wie wir es erwartet hatten – keinerlei böse Überraschungen. Auch der Service von IstraLux war sehr gut und absolut unkompliziert. Ein herzliches Dankeschön geht an unsere Betreuerin Lucia, die sich vorbildlich um uns gekümmert hat. Gerne wieder!
