Villa Maki is a small, luxurious villa located near Svetvinčenat, in the heart of Istria, ideal for a family or a small group. This modernly furnished villa offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 5 guests, with optimal comfort for 4 people.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for meal preparation, including a filter coffee machine. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. For a comfortable stay, fan coil units cool the space, while underfloor heating provides warmth when needed.
The villa’s yard is fully enclosed with a 1.5 m high fence. There is a private swimming pool, perfect for refreshing during warm summer days. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor charcoal barbecue, while a children’s playground is available for the youngest.

Das Haus ist sehr schön & absolut ruhig gelegen inmitten der Natur. Die Raumaufteilung des Hauses ist modern und komfortabel. Die Ausstattung ist top. Der Pool ist super und alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Kontakt mit IstriaLux war vorbildlich, die Vermieterin war nett und sehr bemüht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.
Traumhafter Urlaub in absoluter Ruhe! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Maki. Das Haus war blitzsauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht. Der private Pool und der großzügige Garten waren unser absolutes Highlight. Hier kann man wirklich eine schöne, entspannte Zeit genießen! Auch die Buchung und der Kontakt über Istria Lux liefen von Anfang bis Ende reibungslos. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und nett, jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!
