An additional terrace with comfortable garden furniture is ideal for a morning coffee or evening relaxation while enjoying the sunset. The spacious and bright interior exudes elegance – the open-plan living room with a modern kitchen and dining area is complemented by a fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The villa offers two elegant bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and an additional bathroom in the living area. Large glass doors connect the interior with the outdoor space, creating perfect harmony between the home and nature.
Outside, you’ll find a private pool with a sunbathing area and eight loungers, ideal for soaking up the sun, reading a book, or enjoying a glass of wine. Fully equipped, the villa is perfect for families with children as well as couples looking for a peaceful getaway.

Alles bestens. Tolle Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend mit allen Annehmlichkeiten die man benötigt. Die Vermieterin war jederzeit erreichbar und super hilfsbereit.

The house was very lovely. Two nice bedrooms and 2,5 bathrooms, with a jacuzzi as a bonus in a separate room. The contact with the owner was easy. It is situated in a quiet little village, but with good acces to the freeway and a large supermarket. Hardly any noise of the neighbours and with a lot of privacy. We can recommend this nice holiday house.
