Villa Folirantica is located in the village of Foli, near Svetvinčenat, and is ideally positioned for exploring the whole of Istria, its historic towns, natural beauty, and coastline. The villa is decorated in a traditional rustic style, emphasizing a combination of stone, wooden details, and warm interior tones that create an authentic Istrian atmosphere. The accommodation is designed for up to 10 guests, making it suitable for larger families or groups.
The villa features five bedrooms and four bathrooms, arranged to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests. The spacious living room is connected to the dining area and kitchen, allowing for shared moments together. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation, and additional convenience is provided by a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. For outdoor cooking, guests can use a gas barbecue, while for extra relaxation, the villa offers a private pool of 20 m².
