Villa Castella, a luxurious and modern villa ideal for a family or a small group of friends, is located near Svetvinčenat. The villa accommodates up to 6 guests.
It features 3 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito screens on the windows. The fully equipped kitchen also includes a filter coffee machine, and the villa has a washing machine.
Outside, there is a saltwater swimming pool. The sun deck around the pool is equipped with 7 sun loungers and 4 umbrellas, available for guests’ use. A charcoal barbecue is also available, with charcoal provided.
The courtyard is fully fenced with a 2-meter-high fence. Additional amenities include table tennis, badminton equipment, a football, and darts.
In the surrounding area, guests can enjoy a wide range of activities such as exploring nearby towns and traditional Istrian villages, cycling and hiking trails, wine tours and olive oil tastings, as well as visiting beaches and hidden coves along the coast. There are also various restaurants offering local cuisine, as well as cultural and historical sights in the region.

Predivna i prostrana kuća za odmor, uredna i čista. Bazen besprijekorno očišćen za vrijeme odmora. Savršeno mjesto za obitelj i ljubimca da se maknu od buke grada i u miru odmore na tjedan dana! Nadamo se ponovnom posjetu dogodine!
Our family from Norway had a really nice stay in this house this summer. Very nice and quiet area. House is spacius with bathrooms on each of the three bedrooms, and enogh towels for us all. Everthing was clean when we came. Big and clean swimmingpool. Kitchen well equipped, dishwasher and large refrigerator with freezer. washing machine. Easy check in and check out. Hope to see you again
