Villa Castella, a luxurious and modern villa ideal for a family or a small group of friends, is located near Svetvinčenat. The villa accommodates up to 6 guests.
It features 3 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito screens on the windows. The fully equipped kitchen also includes a filter coffee machine, and the villa has a washing machine.
Outside, there is a saltwater swimming pool. The sun deck around the pool is equipped with 7 sun loungers and 4 umbrellas, available for guests’ use. A charcoal barbecue is also available, with charcoal provided.
The courtyard is fully fenced with a 2-meter-high fence. Additional amenities include table tennis, badminton equipment, a football, and darts.
In the surrounding area, guests can enjoy a wide range of activities such as exploring nearby towns and traditional Istrian villages, cycling and hiking trails, wine tours and olive oil tastings, as well as visiting beaches and hidden coves along the coast.
