Villa Bella Istria 5* is a modernly designed villa located in the small town of Svetvinčenat, close to the center. Perfect for a long-planned family holiday, the villa features three bedrooms and three bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6+2 guests. It is situated in a sunny location, surrounded by a garden with a lawn and a large pool with a terrace, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue.
The town center is just a 300-meter walk from the villa, where local shops, a supermarket, restaurants, and cafés can be found. Nearby is the famous Istrian castle Kaštel Morosini-Grimani, known for various attractions and events, especially for families with children.
The villa is also an excellent base for an active holiday, as almost all Istrian beaches are only about 20 minutes by car.

Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig am Rand des kleinen Ortes, man kann in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß hin laufen. Dort gibt es 2 kleine Geschäfte, 3 Restaurants und einige Bars. Die Villa ist sehr großzügig aufgeteilt, der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, der Pool ist wunderbar( tolles Gadget: Whirlpool Funktion). Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet ( Filterkaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mixer), ebenfalls waren einige Gewürze/Essig/Öl, Filtertüten und Zewa vor Ort. Wider der Beschreibung, gab es auch einen Fön im Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus wieder buchen und es auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Mit der Agentur IstriaLux haben wir ebenfalls gute Erfahrungen gemacht und bereits fürs nächste Jahr unsere Villa dort gebucht.
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Villa Bella Istria. Der große Pool mit Whirlpoolfunktion war jederzeit eine perfekte Erfrischung. Das Haus eignet sich auch hervorragend für einen Aufenthalt mit Hund, es ist komplett umzäunt und das Grundstück bietet genügend Auslauf. Ansonsten entspricht die Unterkunft voll uns ganz der Beschreibung. Sehr gelungen ist auch die Aufteilung der drei Schlafzimmer mit angrenzenden Badezimmer, hier hat jeder seinen eigenen Bereich. Die Buchung und Kommunikation mit Istra Lux und dem Vermieter wir wie immer reibungslos und perfekt. Das örtchen Svetvinčenat ist wunderschön, hier findet man zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles fußläufig entfernt. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder
