All bedrooms have windows with mosquito screens, and two bedrooms include en suite bathrooms, providing extra comfort and privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
A special highlight of the villa is the separate entertainment area – a game room equipped with billiards, table football, and darts, perfect for fun and relaxation.

There are also numerous cycling and hiking trails through the Istrian landscape, as well as traditional taverns and wineries where you can enjoy local specialties. For day trips, towns such as Rovinj and Pula, along with beautiful Istrian beaches, are easily accessible.

We really enjoyed our stay and felt at home from the moment we arrived. The house is beautiful, very well maintained, and located in a wonderfully peaceful setting – the perfect place to relax and unwind.
