Villa Aurora is located near the center of the small town of Svetvinčenat and is ideal for a long-awaited family holiday.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It is set in a sunny location, surrounded by a garden with a lawn and a large pool with a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue.
The town center is only 200 meters from the villa, where you will find local shops, pizzerias, restaurants, and cafés. Svetvinčenat is also home to one of the most famous Istrian castles, the Morosini-Grimani Castle, known for its attractive events and activities.
The villa is also an excellent starting point for an active holiday, as almost all Istrian beaches are only about 20 minutes away by car. Besides enjoying the villa’s amenities, guests can explore the rich surroundings – visit historical landmarks, stroll through picturesque towns such as Motovun, Grožnjan, Oprtalj, Rovinj, and Pula. In addition, during the season, guests can enjoy cultural events, festivals, and concerts, enriching their stay in Istria.

Das Haus ist wunderbar und wir kommen gerne wieder! Es fehlt an nichts! Danke für alles!
Sehr schönes Haus mit " extra" Küche im Nebenhaus . Warmwasserboiler ist etwas klein wenn mehrere hintereinander Duschen möchten . Gasflasche für Grill wurde sofort geliefert. Türe von der Waschmaschine war kaputt das wurde leider nicht in Ordnung gebracht. Nichtsdestotrotz würden wir das Haus sofort wieder mieten !!!
Sehr schönes Haus, wir waren zwei Familien mit insgesamt vier Kindern und hatten mehr als ausreichend Platz! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet! Toll ist auch die Nähe zum Ort, Restaurants sind in Fußnähe erreichbar. Wir haben die Brauerei besucht, das Bier schmeckt sehr gut! Im Schloss waren wir auch, er ein Besuch. Hier lohnt sich nur, wenn man das Spiel spielt, Achtung, rechtzeitig buchen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, von hier aus kann man viele Städte und Strände in kurzer Zeit erreichen. Das Team von istrialux hat uns noch ein paar Geheimtipps für gutes Essen genannt. Die Betreuung von istrialux sehr professionell, das Team hat sich viel Mühe gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
