The Villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can provide accommodation for 8 guests. It is located in a quiet, sunny position, surrounded by a garden with lawn and a large swimming pool with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.
The town center is only 200 meters walk from the villa, there are local shops, supermarket, pizzerias, restaurants and cafes. There is one of the famous Istrian castles, Castel Morosini - Grimani in Svetvincenat, which is known for its attractive content and events.
The villa is also a good starting point for an active vacation, as almost all Istrian beaches are only a 20-minute drive away.

Sehr schönes Haus, wir waren zwei Familien mit insgesamt vier Kindern und hatten mehr als ausreichend Platz! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet! Toll ist auch die Nähe zum Ort, Restaurants sind in Fußnähe erreichbar. Wir haben die Brauerei besucht, das Bier schmeckt sehr gut! Im Schloss waren wir auch, er ein Besuch. Hier lohnt sich nur, wenn man das Spiel spielt, Achtung, rechtzeitig buchen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, von hier aus kann man viele Städte und Strände in kurzer Zeit erreichen.
