Villa Casita is located in the small village of Smoljanci in central Istria, near the historic town of Svetvinčenat. The villa is named after the “Kažun (Kazeti)” – a stone structure located behind the house and one of the most recognizable symbols of Istria. This property is ideal for a family holiday - surrounded by nature, with a large garden and a private pool (40 m²), it offers a place for relaxation and peace for the whole family.
Villa Casita can accommodate up to 8 guests + 1 small child. The ground floor features a living room with access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, one bedroom, a bathroom, and a storage room. On the first floor, there are three more bedrooms and two bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned.
The beautiful nature and atmosphere of Villa Casita guarantee an unforgettable stay. The surroundings of Svetvinčenat, a gem of Istrian tourism and culture dominated by the medieval Morosini-Grimani Castle, offer numerous opportunities to explore history in a fun way, suitable for the whole family. The villa is also an excellent base for an active holiday, as almost all Istrian beaches are only a 20-minute drive away.

Sehr schön und sehr nette und hilfsbereite Besitzerin
Wunderschöner Familienurlaub in der Villa Casita! Wir waren als zwei Familien mit insgesamt vier Kindern in der Villa Casita und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Das gesamte Haus war sehr gepflegt und absolut sauber. Ein riesiges Highlight für die Kinder war der grosse Garten und der tolle, grosse Pool. Auch die Schaukel wurde von den Kleinen intensiv genutzt und hat für viel Freude gesorgt. Ein ganz grosses Lob geht an die Agentur Istria Lux – hier hat von Anfang bis Ende alles einwandfrei geklappt. Ana hat uns bei all unseren Fragen immer super unterstützt. Auch die Hausbesitzerin Marijana hat von sich aus Kontakt zu uns aufgenommen und stand uns jederzeit hilfsbereit zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt! Wir werden in Zukunft sehr gerne wieder eine Villa über Istria Lux mieten. Absolut empfehlenswert!
We were extremely happy with our stay! The house was exactly as described – modern, fresh, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The pool area was definitely the highlight, perfect for both relaxing and playing with the kids. Everything was very clean and in excellent condition when we arrived, and the host was very helpful and easy to reach if we had any questions. Hiring company was helpful as well! The location was quiet and private, you need to have a car, but you can choose different beaches every day! We can highly recommend this place and would definitely book again!
