Villa Dolina is located in the small Istrian village of Šivati and accommodates up to 10 guests. The villa features four spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms and is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Private parking is also available.
The outdoor area features a large 52 m² private swimming pool with a sunbathing area and loungers. Additional facilities include a sauna and jacuzzi, while the spacious 4,000 m² property provides plenty of room for various activities.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, with the option of serving meals on the outdoor terrace. Guests can enjoy darts, table football, a trampoline and volleyball. Three standard bicycles and one e-bike are also available for rent at €10 per bicycle per day.
Guests can enjoy numerous activities nearby. Nature lovers can explore scenic cycling and walking trails through Istrian villages, vineyards, and olive groves. For culture and history enthusiasts, nearby towns such as Svetvinčenat, Žminj, Rovinj, and Poreč offer historical monuments, museums, and local summer festivals. Food lovers can visit local taverns and wineries to taste authentic Istrian wines, olive oil, and homemade specialties.

Das Haus ist ein Traum! Wunderschön und trotz der Bilder die man sehen konnte, verschlägt es einem die Sprache wenn man es das erste mal betritt. Für alle war das Richtige dabei. Die Gastgebern waren sehr angenehm und sofort zur Stelle wenn man sie brauchte. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank den tollen Gastgebern für den unvergesslichen Urlaub.
Moram povedati da smo imeli super dopust v tej vili in da je vse tako kot je bilo navedeno v ponudbi. Bilo nas je 6 odraslih,5 otrok in 2 psa. Prostora je bilo za vse dovolj in tudi veliko aktivnosti je na voljo tako da se najde za vsakega nekaj. Vsekakor priporočam vsem velikim družinam. Hvala za lep dopust in gostoljubje.
Es war sehr erholsam in der Villa Dolina, alles war sehr ordentlich, gut ausgestattet. Toll war so viel Platz zu haben und das große Grundstück für die Hunde war perfekt. Auch an bewölkten Tagen kann man dort prima entspannen mit Sauna und Whirlpool. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und haben uns entspannt. Der ganze Urlaub, vom Buchen, bezahlen, Anreise, ect. verlief reibungslos. Sehr bemüht alle gewesen. Gerne immer wieder, ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Viele Grüße
