Vila Bilica, located in Rovinjsko selo, can accommodate up to 12 guests. The villa features 6 bedrooms with queen-size beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom.
The property is spread over a ground floor and two upper floors. The first and second floors contain identical apartment units, while the ground floor offers a spacious shared area with a billiards table, a large fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area with a large table designed for social gatherings. The kitchen has a filter coffee machine.
In the garden, there is a 32 m² saltwater swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers. The entire outdoor area is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and security.
The surrounding area offers a wide range of activities and experiences – from exploring the charming town of Rovinj and its beautiful beaches, cycling and hiking trails, to visiting local taverns and wineries offering wine tastings and authentic Istrian cuisine.
