Villa Violetta is a rustic villa located in the village of Brajkovići, 12 km from Rovinj. It accommodates 6 guests, with the possibility of accommodating one additional guest upon request.
The villa features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and mosquito screens. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, where there is also a separate toilet, while the other two bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The interior includes a living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with a moka pot and a filter coffee maker. A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request.
The outdoor area features a swimming pool and an outdoor shower, 6 sun loungers, 2 parasols, a barbecue with an outdoor dining area, and a seating area with garden furniture. For entertainment, guests can also use a table tennis table, a dartboard, and a trampoline for children.
Thanks to its location in western Istria, the villa is a convenient base for trips to Rovinj and other Istrian towns. The region offers numerous traditional Istrian restaurants and taverns, wineries, and vineyards where guests can sample local specialities, Istrian wines, olive oils, and traditional Istrian dishes.
