Villa Lunique is a modern holiday home with a swimming pool located in the village of Marići, near Rovinj. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and features four spacious bedrooms. All bedrooms have 180x200 cm double beds, private bathrooms, TV and air conditioning.
The outdoor area includes a 66 m² heated swimming pool with salt water and hydromassage. The entire garden is enclosed, and guests have access to gas and electric barbecues, as well as an outdoor area for dining and spending time outside.
The villa has a fully equipped modern kitchen with a Nespresso machine and filter coffee maker. The living room and other interior areas are furnished in a contemporary style, combining modern materials with warm tones.
The nearest beach is in Rovinj, approximately 18 km from the villa. Restaurants, cafés and shops are available in the surrounding area. The location provides easy access to Rovinj, its old town and waterfront, Lim Fjord, cycling routes through the Istrian countryside, local wineries and wine tastings, as well as agrotourism estates and traditional Istrian cuisine. Along the coast, guests can enjoy swimming, diving and boat trips.
