The villa features 4 spacious bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. All rooms are equipped with large double beds measuring 180x200 cm, each with a private bathroom, TV, and air conditioning, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy for every guest.
At the center of the outdoor area there is a 66 m² heated swimming pool with hydromassage and salt water, perfect for relaxation. The entire courtyard is fully fenced, and for outdoor enjoyment there is a gas and electric barbecue, ideal for preparing meals and social gatherings in the fresh air.
The fully equipped modern kitchen includes everything needed for a comfortable stay, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine. The living room and the rest of the villa are designed in a contemporary style that radiates elegance and warmth.
The nearest beach is about 18 km away in Rovinj, while restaurants, cafés, and shops are located in the surrounding area, providing easy access to all amenities.
