For added ambiance and evening gatherings, there is also an electric grill, perfect for preparing meals outdoors.
The villa offers three luxurious bathrooms, ensuring complete comfort and privacy for all guests. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to make the stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible, whether you are traveling with family or friends.
At the heart of the outdoor area is a 36 m² heated saltwater swimming pool, ideal for all-day relaxation. The 1000 m² fully fenced garden ensures complete privacy, and guests also have access to private parking.

Guests can explore the medieval town of Svetvinčenat with its famous Morosini-Grimani Castle, cycle through Istrian trails, visit local wineries and olive oil tastings, enjoy traditional taverns with authentic Istrian cuisine, or take a trip to the nearby coast and beaches of Istria. It is also an ideal base for visiting Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, and the inland of the peninsula.
