In nearby Svetvinčenat, you can visit Morosini-Grimani Castle, the Renaissance square Placa, and discover the town’s rich cultural heritage. Nearby is also Feštinsko Kraljevstvo, a cave known for its underground chambers, stalactites, and stalagmites. Thanks to its location in central Istria, the villa is well suited for exploring different parts of the peninsula and taking day trips. The surrounding area offers opportunities to visit agritourism establishments, local taverns, and wineries, where you can sample traditional Istrian specialties and local products.
The villa’s name, Casa della Capra, has a special story behind it. During construction, on a stormy night, several goats sought shelter in the house to protect themselves from the storm. Since the goat is a symbol of Istria, the owners decided to name this warm and welcoming house after them.

Wir sind in das Haus gekommen und alles war noch viel viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Es ist wunderschön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Alles ist sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Der Pool ist wunderschön und die Liegen sehr bequem. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt!! Vielen lieben Dank für alles ! Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Auch der Check in verlief sehr herzlich und unkompliziert.
Sehr schön liebevoll eingerichtet Haus. Alles im Haus perfekt und neu. Es fehlt an nichts. Auch ein großer Dank an Istria-Lux. Sehr sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit und schnell.
