On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with direct access to the pool, a modern kitchen with a dining area, a fitness zone, and one bathroom. The three bedrooms are located upstairs, one with an en-suite bathroom, the second with a double bed and balcony, and the third with two single beds. There is also an additional bathroom on the upper floor.
Just 100 meters from the villa, there is a playground with swings, slides, and other equipment, making it an ideal choice for families with children. The town of Labin is only a 5-minute drive away, while Rabac, a popular tourist destination with organized beaches, restaurants, and bars, is just 4 km away.

Wir hatten 2 wirklich tolle Wochen hier. Es fehlte an nichts und es war sehr ruhig. Lediglich das WLan ist verbesserungswürdig.
Very nice and extremely clean. Nice with 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms. Perfect pool area.
