Villa Ora is a single-storey holiday home located in the small village of Režanci, in central Istria. It is fully equipped to accommodate up to 6 guests and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, and a living room.
The fenced yard features a private 32 m² pool with sun loungers, a terrace with an outdoor dining table, and a barbecue. There is also a large volleyball and badminton court with a sports surface.
The villa offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, TV, and secured parking on the property.
It is 7 km from the historic town of Svetvinčent, famous for the Morosini-Grimani Castle and other cultural attractions, while coastal locations are easily accessible by a short drive.
Guests can enjoy various activities in the surrounding area: cycling, visits to local wineries and wine tasting, exploring historic towns, and water sports such as sailing and diving.

Die Villa ist wunderschön, sehr gut ausgestattet und es war alles tipptopp sauber. Ebenso der Pool und der gesamte Außenbereich, wirklich ein toller Ort zum Entspannen.
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Ora! Das Haus ist toll, sehr gemütlich und super ausgestattet – es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Auch unser Hund hat sich rundum wohlgefühlt.
Proveli smo 7 prekrasnih dana u ovoj vili i slobodno mogu reći da nam je ovo bio jedan od najljepših odmora. Od prvog trenutka kada smo ušli, osjećali smo se kao kod kuće. Vila je vrhunski opremljena, čista i prostrana – ima apsolutno sve što bi vam moglo zatrebati tijekom boravka, pa čak i više od toga! Teren uz bazen je vrlo praktičan, pogotovo za obitelji s djecom. Mi smo ga koristili svakodnevno za odbojku i badminton, što je cijelom boravku dalo jednu posebnu, zabavnu i aktivnu notu. Veliko hvala divnoj Ani iz agencije IstraLux koja nas je dočekala iznimno srdačno i toplo. Cjelokupna komunikacija oko našeg dolaska i odlaska funkcionirala je besprijekorno i bez ikakvog stresa. Sve je bilo apsolutno savršeno i čista desetka! Toplo preporučujem ovu vilu svima!
