Villa Ora is a single-storey holiday home located in the small village of Režanci, in central Istria. It is fully equipped to accommodate up to 6 guests and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, and a living room.
The fenced yard features a private 32 m² pool with sun loungers, a terrace with an outdoor dining table, and a barbecue. There is also a large volleyball and badminton court with a sports surface.
The villa offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, TV, and secured parking on the property.
It is 7 km from the historic town of Svetvinčent, famous for the Morosini-Grimani Castle and other cultural attractions, while coastal locations are easily accessible by a short drive.
Guests can enjoy various activities in the surrounding area: cycling, visits to local wineries and wine tasting, exploring historic towns, and water sports such as sailing and diving.

Ein sehr schönes gemütliches Haus mit vielen Extras. Kommunikation war top. Preisleistung sehr gut
Zum 5. Mal in der Villa Ora, mehr muss man eigentlich nicht sagen. Wir waren wieder rundherum begeistert. Sauberkeit und Qualität sind beständig, die ganztägige Sonnenlage des Pools ist herausragend. Details wie hochwertige Insektengitter runden das Gesamtbild ab. Getopt wird das ganze nur durch die herzliche Gastfreundschaft der Inhaber und den hervorragenden Service von Istrialux. Wir kommen wieder.
Der Kontakt über Istrialux war sehr angenehm, freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Dame die uns in Empfang nahm, war sehr sehr lieb und freundlich und war für uns immer für Fragen zu erreichen. Das Haus war ein Traum. Alles sehr sauber wie neu und genauso wie es beschrieben wurde. Wir hatten 2 sehr schöne Wochen dort und würden jederzeit wieder über Istrialux buchen.
