Welcome to Villa Boska, a modern villa with a swimming pool located in the village of Režanci, near the historic Svetvinčenat. Villa Boska is ideal for families and larger groups, as it accommodates up to 8 people.
The villa features four spacious and elegantly decorated bedrooms. Each room has its own private bathroom, air conditioning, and mosquito protection on the windows, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the stay.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine, so you can start each day with a cup of your favorite coffee. The spacious living room and dining area are connected to a covered terrace and the swimming pool, creating the perfect space for relaxation and socializing.
In the fully fenced yard, there is a private 32 m² swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers. A 1-meter-high fence provides additional privacy, and guests also have access to an outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue, ideal for preparing meals outdoors.
The nearest beach is located in Bale, just 18 km away, while restaurants, cafés, shops, and other amenities are available in Svetvinčenat, only a few minutes’ drive away.
Staying at Villa Boska is an excellent starting point for exploring central and western Istria. Visit the medieval Morosini-Grimani Castle in Svetvinčenat, explore numerous cycling and hiking trails that pass through the beautiful landscape, or enjoy wine, olive oil, and traditional Istrian specialties tastings at nearby wineries and taverns.
For day trips, the romantic towns of Rovinj, Bale, Pula, and Fažana are recommended, with departures to the Brijuni National Park. Sea lovers can enjoy the beautiful beaches of the western coast of Istria, while families with children will find plenty of entertainment and recreational activities.
