Villa Marifran is located in Rakalj, just 1.5 km from the sea, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The villa covers 115 m² and is situated on a 500 m² plot, with a fully fenced garden available to guests.
The interior consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. For year-round stays, the villa is equipped with a total of five air-conditioning units. The outdoor area is ideal for al fresco dining and socializing, and guests have access to a gas barbecue.
Several coffee-making options are available – a filter coffee machine, moka pot, Nespresso machine and French press, allowing each guest to choose their preferred method of preparation.
During your stay, it is worth visiting nearby Labin, whose old town offers beautiful views of Kvarner Bay, as well as Rabac. Pula is approximately a 30-minute drive away and, in addition to its famous Roman Amphitheatre, offers numerous opportunities for excursions, restaurants and evening walks. Nature lovers may also enjoy Cape Kamenjak, while historic towns such as Svetvinčenat and Bale can be reached in less than an hour by car.
Thanks to its proximity to the sea, Villa Marifran is an excellent choice for guests who wish to explore the Istrian coast and surrounding towns.
