Villa Zafira is located in Divšići, near Vodnjan, and just a twenty-minute drive from Pula. It is ideal for up to 6 guests and offers a perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and an excellent location for exploring Istria.
The villa features three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-size bed. Guests have access to two modern bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. All rooms are air-conditioned, and the windows are fitted with mosquito screens.
A fully equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation, and a filter coffee machine is available for coffee lovers. A washing machine is also provided, making longer stays even more convenient.
The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and socializing. The fully fenced garden ensures complete privacy, while at its center there is a 32 m² swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. For outdoor dining, there is a gas barbecue and a covered terrace ideal for shared meals.

The surrounding area also offers numerous cycling and hiking trails, wine roads, traditional taverns, and opportunities to taste top-quality Istrian wines and olive oils.
