Villa Vitassi is a charming traditional stone villa located on the outskirts of Pula, combining authentic Istrian character with modern comfort. The villa offers four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room, and a comfortable living area.
In the enclosed garden, guests will find a heated outdoor pool of 36 m², sun loungers and parasols, an outdoor shower, a covered terrace with garden furniture, and a large charcoal barbecue – perfect for gatherings and outdoor meals. For the youngest guests, there is a children’s playground, while inside the villa there is also a dedicated workspace for those who wish to combine holiday and work.
Villa Vitassi provides complete privacy while being close to all amenities. Shops, restaurants, and cafés are easily accessible, while the nearest beaches are just 5 to 7 km away. The city of Pula, with its rich history and cultural landmarks, is only a short drive away, making the villa an ideal base for exploring Istria.
