Note: The villa is one of two adjoining houses. Although the houses are connected, each property has its own private entrance and offers complete privacy. The outdoor area is entirely private and reserved exclusively for the guests of the villa. The parking area is located within the courtyard and is shared by both houses. The window of the neighboring house does not overlook the pool. It is located on the staircase, approximately 6 meters above the ground, and serves only to provide natural light to a room in the neighboring house.
